Kalua Pork

This is so yummy and I don't know exactly where the recipe came from.

3 lbs. Pork roast
1 Tbsp rock salt
2 tsp liquid smoke
2 tsp garlic powder
2 cups of water

Mix all the ingredients in a crock pot. Add the roast and cook on high for 1 hour and low 6-8 hours. I usually put mine in frozen and cook on high for 4-5 hours. Then I cut it up into smaller pieces and turn on low for another 3 hours. 1 hour before it is done cooking I will shred the meat to really soak in the juices.

This goes well with cooked cabbage and rice.
