4 carrots sliced (can just throw baby carrots in if wanted

1 onion cut up into bigger cubes
4 Tbsp minute tapioca
10.75 oz can tomato soup
salt and pepper to taste

Place stew meat in bottom of crock pot, sprinkle with salt and pepper and 1 Tbsp tapioca. Layer starting with potatoes, then carrots, celery and onions. Between each layer add salt and pepper and tapioca. Then add the can of tomato soup on top and rinse can out with about 3/4 full of water and pour over the top. Cheese Ball

2  8oz packages cream cheese
4 radishes
4 carrots
1/4 red onion
2 garlic cloves

Place last four ingredients in a food processor and chop up really well. Let the cream cheese soften and mix all the ingredients together. Form into a ball and eat with any kind of cracker you prefer.

This is a very simple and yummy cheese ball. My friend Amy Hemsley gave me the recipe minus the garlic. I had to add the garlic to give it a better kick.
