1/2 pint whipping cream
1/2 cup sugar
2 tsp vanilla
whip together with hand mixer until stiff like cool whip then add:
8 oz. package cream cheese, softened
dash of salt
1/2 cup Hershey's cocoa
mix together until creamy and put on cooled cake
